By creating an account and placing an order on Datastream Networks, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent payment claims.
We store only the account details you provide (name, email, phone) and your order/payment history, used solely to operate your account and fulfill orders. We do not sell your data to third parties.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the amount is refunded to your wallet balance. Refunds are not issued for delivered orders unless the delivered access does not work as described — contact support with your order number.
Orders can be cancelled while still marked "pending". Once an order enters "processing", cancellation is handled case-by-case via support.
